What happens next

What to include

Your phone model, Android version, and the app version you installed. A screenshot of any error message cuts the back-and-forth in half. If an alarm misbehaves, tell us which alarm, what you expected, and what happened instead. Never send passwords, disarm codes, or intruder photos by email.
